Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field; advanced degree or certification preferred.
• Experience with US employment laws and employee relations practices.
• Ability to manage complex investigations and provide practical recommendations.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary employee relations expert for designated US Orthopaedics commercial and field sales orgs.
• Independently manage complex, high-risk employee relations matters from intake to resolution.
• Plan, conduct, and document objective workplace investigations with cross-functional partners.
• Interpret and apply US employment laws and company policies for fair practices.
• Advise leaders on risk, options, and actions balancing business needs and employee experience.
• Provide guidance on organizational changes, restructures, and workforce actions.
• Identify trends in case data and translate into preventive actions.
• Maintain confidential, accurate case documentation and governance.
• Develop trainings and coaching for leaders and HR partners on ER best practices.
