Job summary

Confidential Search is partnering with a rapidly growing multi-site healthcare organization to identify an experienced HR Manager who enjoys building teams, developing people, and partnering with operational leaders in a fast-paced environment.

This leadership role leads a team of HR professionals across multiple locations, overseeing employee relations, recruitment, HR operations, workforce planning, and process improvement to scale the organization while maintaining a strong employee

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• HR leadership or team management experience.
• Employee relations expertise.
• Talent acquisition and workforce planning experience.
• Benefits administration and HR compliance knowledge.
• Experience with HRIS platforms (UKG Ready/Workday/ADP).

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR professionals supporting multiple locations.
• Partner with operational leaders on employee relations, performance management, investigations, and policy interpretation.
• Drive recruiting strategy and workforce planning across multiple facilities.
• Utilize HR data and reporting to identify turnover, hiring, and employee engagement trends.
• Oversee benefits administration, HRIS data integrity, and HR compliance.
• Improve HR processes while helping build scalable infrastructure for a growing organization.
