• Interpret and apply university policies, collective bargaining agreements, and employment programs to support local decision-making.
• Manage all aspects of faculty employment actions including recruitment, appointments, reappointments, leaves, and sabbaticals.
• Oversee student employee and hourly hiring activities, ensuring compliant and timely employment actions.
