You will work in a hybrid model at a designated Regal Rexnord location, with at least 3 days onsite and up to 2 days remote per week. The program runs June 2, 2027 – August 13, 2027 to build foundational HR skills.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in HR, Business Admin, Organizational Leadership, or related field; graduation Fall 2027–Spring 2030.
• GPA 3.0+ on a 4.0 scale.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day HR operations and programs to enhance the employee experience.
• Partner with HR on employee engagement, culture, and development initiatives.
• Collaborate on cross‑functional projects; contribute recommendations to HR objectives.
• Gain exposure to Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Employee Relations, Compensation, and Learning & Development.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and talent initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
• Maintain employee data and support HR reporting, analytics, and process improvement.
• Present project outcomes and insights to HR leadership at internship end.
