Qualifications

• GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Partner with the HR team on employee engagement, culture, and development initiatives.

Work Model: You'll work in a hybrid model, onsite at your designated Regal Rexnord location at least 3 days per week (Monday-Thursday), with flexibility to work remotely up to 2 days, including Friday.

Position Overview

We are excited to offer a Human Resources Intern position that provides hands‑on experience across multiple areas of Human Resources. This internship is designed for a motivated student interested in developing foundational HR skills while supporting meaningful business initiatives and day‑to‑day HR operations.

As an HR Intern, you may have the opportunity to gain exposure to talent acquisition, compensation, employee engagement, onboarding, HR systems, reporting and analytics, talent management, and other key HR functions. Compensation Details

• $19 - $25 per hour
• The hourly rate provided is intended to display the value of the company's base rate compensation for all statewide locations across the United States. Hourly rate is dependent on a multitude of factors, including but not limited to the physical worksite location, candidate's skill set, level of experience, education and internal peer compensation comparisons.

Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship to obtain or keep U.S. work authorization.
