You will work in a hybrid model at a designated Regal Rexnord location, with at least 3 days onsite and up to 2 days remote per week. The program runs June 2, 2027 – August 13, 2027 to build foundational HR skills.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in HR, Business Admin, Organizational Leadership, or related field; graduation Fall 2027–Spring 2030.
• GPA 3.0+ on a 4.0 scale.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).

Position Overview

We are excited to offer a Human Resources Intern position that provides hands‑on experience across multiple areas of Human Resources. This internship is designed for a motivated student interested in developing foundational HR skills while supporting meaningful business initiatives and day‑to‑day HR operations. As an HR Intern, you may have the opportunity to gain exposure to talent acquisition, compensation, employee engagement, onboarding, HR systems, reporting and analytics, talent management, and other key HR functions. You will partner closely with HR professionals and business leaders while building skills that prepare you for a future career in Human Resources. What You'll Do

• Present project outcomes, insights, and key learnings to HR leadership at the conclusion of the internship

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, or a related field, with an expected graduation date between Fall 2027 and Spring 2030


• Strong academic performance with a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)

Compensation Details

$19 - $25 per hour

The hourly rate provided is intended to display the value of the company’s base rate compensation for all statewide locations across the United States.

Hourly rate is dependent on a multitude of factors, including but not limited to the physical worksite location, candidate’s skill set, level of experience, education and internal peer compensation comparisons.

Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship to obtain or keep U.S. work authorization.
