You will support day‑to‑day HR operations, help with recruitment and onboarding, and gain exposure to Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Analytics while collaborating with HR professionals and business leaders.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, or related field.
• GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale minimum.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day HR operations and programs that enhance the employee experience.
• Partner with HR on employee engagement, culture, and development initiatives.
• Collaborate on cross‑functional projects and contribute recommendations that support business and HR objectives.
