Connor & Gallagher OneSource Inc is seeking a results-driven HR & HCM Solutions Consultant in Lisle, IL, blending aggressive outreach with consultative selling. You will drive lead generation, conduct demos, and present UKG Ready solutions to clients across industries.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, collaboration with a team, and ongoing client development in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid schedule includes 4 days in the Lisle office and 1 remote day.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of B2B sales experience.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets.
• Experience prospecting and lead generation.
• Comfortable with high-volume outreach (250+ calls/week).
• Experience with in-person client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify new leads to drive engagement.
• Conduct cold calls to generate opportunities.
• Manage leads in CRM and maintain pipeline.
• Lead meetings and deliver tailored presentations.
• Educate prospects on UKG Ready benefits.
• Assist in onboarding and post-sale support.
