ContinuServe is a tech-enabled outsourcing firm providing HR, finance, accounting, and technology services. This HR Generalist role sits within our nonprofit services division, acting as a dedicated HR resource for multiple client organizations.

You'll work as part of our HR consulting team delivering day-to-day HR functions across the employee lifecycle with client leadership. This hybrid role requires 2-3 days on-site at client sites in South Chicago, with visits to ensure compliant HR

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.
• 4+ years of progressive HR generalist experience, including employee relations and recruitment.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR regulations.
• Experience with HRIS platforms and HR technology tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data reporting.

Responsabilités

• Partner with client leadership to implement HR programs and processes.
• Serve as a trusted HR resource for client employees and managers on policies and relations.
• Support full-cycle recruitment with onboarding coordination.
• Manage lifecycle processes including onboarding, performance support, and offboarding.
• Administer HR programs such as background screens, leave, benefits, and compliance tracking.
• Assist in maintaining HR metrics and prepare client-facing reports.
• Identify opportunities to streamline HR workflows and improve client service.
• Stay informed on employment laws at federal, state, and local levels.
