Job summary

PATCO Products in Overland Park, KS is seeking an HR Generalist/Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting and day-to-day HR operations.

You will partner with hiring managers, maintain candidate data in the ATS/HRIS, coordinate onboarding, background checks, and benefits coordination, and support HR compliance and employee engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 2-5 years of recruiting/HR experience.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now is preferred.
• Strong interviewing and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from requisition to onboarding.
• Source, screen, interview, and coordinate offers.
• Develop job descriptions and post ads.
• Maintain ATS/HRIS candidate data and metrics.
• Coordinate onboarding, background checks, and pre-employment requirements.
