Job summary

Kanto Corporation is seeking a Human Resources Generalist / Recruiter in Portland, OR to provide recruiting, onboarding, and HR project support. This hands-on, multi-project role partners with the Head of HR and leaders to enhance employee experience and organizational effectiveness.

The ideal candidate is highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across departments, while supporting ongoing growth and HR programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, organizational development, or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding, training, and HR operations.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency with HRIS, preferably ADP Workforce Now.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding activities.
• Support performance management redesign and HR projects.
• Assist with HRIS projects and ADP implementation.
• Develop training programs and leadership development initiatives.
• Audit job descriptions and support job architecture and workforce planning.
