PATCO Products, based in Overland Park, Kansas, is seeking an HR Generalist/Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting and provide day-to-day HR support across the organization.

The role partners with hiring managers on staffing, onboarding, I-9/E-Verify, benefits, and leave coordination, with about half the time on recruiting and half on general HR tasks. Hybrid work schedule available.

• Ability to build partnerships with hiring managers and leaders.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.

• Strong organization and time-management skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions from requisition through onboarding.
• Recruit for diverse roles across manufacturing, admin, and professional areas.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and timelines.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout.
• Maintain candidate data in ATS/HRIS and develop pipelines for recurring roles.
• Coordinate pre-employment requirements and background checks.
