Job summary

Kanto Corporation is seeking a Human Resources Generalist / Recruiter to drive recruiting, onboarding, and HR projects across the organization. You will partner with the Head of HR to enhance employee experience, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and support growth.

The ideal candidate is organized, hands-on, and capable of managing multiple initiatives. This role focuses on talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management redesign, HRIS work, training, and employee engagement.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience including recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate New Employee Orientation and onboarding activities.
• Support recruitment processes including sourcing, scheduling, interviewing, and candidate experience improvements.
• Partner with HR leadership to redesign performance evaluation processes and related materials.
• Support HRIS projects, ADP implementation, integration, testing, auditing and documentation.
• Coordinate employee training programs and leadership development initiatives.
• Lead or support job description reviews, architecture, and labor planning initiatives.
• Conduct Stay Interviews and support engagement programs to improve retention.
• Plan and execute company events and employee recognition activities.
• Research and draft HR policies, ensure policy adoption and compliance.
