Responsibilities

• Communicate HR policies and provide guidance to managers and employees.
• Participate in employee relations and develop action plans for resolution.
• Assist HRBPs with matters of significance including pay decisions and promotions.
• Support HR policy adherence and workforce planning.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, L&D and Total Rewards teams.
