Job summary

Redwitz Inc. seeks an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee policy administration, compliance, onboarding/offboarding, and performance management across the portfolio. You will partner with leadership to implement HR programs, ensure HRIS accuracy, and align activities with business goals.

This is a full-time hybrid role in Irvine, CA, reporting to the COO. The position may lead an HR team as the portfolio grows and requires excellent communication, problem solving, and knowledge of

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5-7 years of HR generalist experience; 3 years of management experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee policy administration, compliance, onboarding/offboarding, and performance management for the portfolio.
• Partner with leadership to implement HR programs and align with business goals.
• Ensure HRIS data integrity and manage payroll/benefits processes as needed.
• Lead HR team and coach staff; provide management reporting and analytics.
• Navigate employment laws, confidentiality, and remote/hybrid work considerations.
