Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Blend of in-office collaboration at Mission Viejo and client visits in OC/LA.
• Serve as the go-to HR advisor for clients on employment law compliance.
• Provide advisory services on policies and employee relations.
• Collaborate with HR team to deliver high-quality service.
• Review and revamp employee handbooks and policies.
• Lead workplace investigations with practical, legally sound solutions.
• Host training sessions on management techniques and harassment prevention.
• Stay updated on HR trends and best practices.
