• Hands-on recruiting experience, ideally for high-volume or hourly roles.
• Experience with benefits administration and payroll support.
• Comfortable handling onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation.
• Strong writing skills for job descriptions and handbook policies.
• Experience as a solo HR person or HR department of one is a big plus.

Aufgaben

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for part-time and full-time Field Service Associates.
• Own benefits administration, including enrollments and changes, and serve as the go-to contact for employee benefit questions.
• Run onboarding for new hires and offboarding for departing employees so both go smoothly.
• Write and update job descriptions, and revise the employee handbook as policies change.
• Back up payroll processing and serve as the company’s standalone HR resource, reporting directly to the CFO.
