Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support HR activities and administer day-to-day operations.

• Assist in benefits administration and annual enrollment.
• Coordinate recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Support performance review processes for non-owner staff.
• Collaborate with supervisors on workload and reviews.
• Manage wellness programs and intranet content.
