Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR experience.
• Experience with payroll and benefits administration.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations, including employee records, HRIS updates, and personnel changes
• Payroll and benefits administration, including employee questions and issue resolution
• Support benefit-related reporting, audits, and annual processes
• Assist with workers' compensation, leave, and employee-related claims as needed
• Provide guidance to employees and managers regarding HR policies and procedures
• Support performance management and other employee programs
• Assist with HR reporting, compliance, and data management
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
• Support additional HR projects and initiatives as needed
