Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR or related field.
• Progressive HR generalist or operations experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and records management.
• Experience with HRIS, ATS, and payroll data is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate HRIS data and personnel records with standardized forms and processes.
• Manage benefits enrollment changes and reconcile data across systems and invoices.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding activities with managers and HR leadership.
• Ensure compliance and maintain audit-ready HR documentation and records.
• Support employee engagement, training coordination, and HR program communications.
• Assist with workplace safety documentation, training records, and incident reporting.
