Qualifications

• Experience with HR policies and processes.

Responsibilities

• Review HRIS transactional requirements daily/weekly and manage approvals or rejections.
• Understand core HR policies to ensure quality processing decisions.
• Escalate transactional or advanced issues to management for review.
• Manage incoming HR cases, calls, and chats across benefits, compensation, wellness, and leave.
• Leverage business contacts to resolve employee inquiries and improve experience.
