Honeywell Federal Manufacturing & Technologies, LLC—Kansas City National Security Campus (KCNSC) seeks an HR Generalist II to support HR strategies for one or more business units under a Manager in HR. You will partner with HR colleagues to staff, develop, coach and guide managers while handling employee relations investigations and related actions.

Responsibilities include partnering with cross-functional teams, conducting job analyses, supporting compensation, participating in performance

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR experience across functions.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.
• Ability to work remote, hybrid, or on-site as directed.
• Regular and reliable attendance is essential.
• United States Citizenship is required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. DOE security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR support for business by partnering with cross-functional teams.
• Visit work areas regularly to maintain visibility across shifts.
• Recruit, develop, and retain top talent.
• Drive continuous improvement and lead change using HR tools.
• Conduct job analyses and support compensation processes.
