Job summary

Top Prospect Group in the United States is seeking an HR Business Partner / HR Generalist to provide day-to-day HR guidance across employee relations, performance management, compliance, and workforce initiatives. This role partners with managers and HR teams while building expertise in strategic HR practices.

Hybrid in RI offers collaboration with local teams and access to Workday for data management, reporting, and workforce analysis.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR experience in HR Generalist or HRBP roles.
• Knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
• Experience with employee relations and performance management.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Advise managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment matters.
• Support employee relations, performance management, corrective actions, and investigations.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition on staffing and workforce planning.
• Assist with job descriptions, organizational changes, and workforce initiatives.
• Support managers with coaching, documentation, and performance concerns.
• Partner with HR teams on benefits, leave, ADA/FMLA, compensation, and other HR programs.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with employment laws and applicable CBAs.
• Use HR systems such as Workday for data management, reporting, and workforce analysis.
• Prepare basic HR reports and track trends related to staffing, turnover, and employee relations.
