Job summary

Clark Pest Control is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support a positive workplace culture and growth of our team. This full-time, on-site in Lodi, CA role reports to the Director of Human Resources at the Corporate Office.

You’ll lead recruitment, employee relations, policy implementation, compliance, performance management, and training, while tracking HR metrics to inform decisions and partnering on strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or business desirable.
• Professional HR certification (HRCI or SHRM) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment and Staffing: Coordinate hiring processes, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
• Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, mediate disputes, foster positive workplace culture via effective communication.
• Policy Implementation: Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
• Compliance and Recordkeeping: Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws and maintain HR documentation.
• Performance Management: Support performance reviews, coach managers, and facilitate development programs.
• Training and Development: Organize and deliver training sessions and initiatives.
• HR Metrics and Reporting: Track HR data to provide insights for decision-making.
• Support Strategic Initiatives: Collaborate with leadership on goals and workforce development.
