Job summary

Masiello Employment Services is seeking a Human Resources Generalist for a manufacturing client in the Monadnock Region of New Hampshire. This role supports multiple HR functions and helps develop a positive workplace culture.

You will work with employees and leadership on recruiting, onboarding, benefits, payroll, leave management and HR operations. A 40-hour week with potential one hybrid day per week is offered along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR functions including recruiting, payroll, benefits, and leaves.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with employees at all levels.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidential information.
• Familiarity with HR systems and compliance activities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support a wide range of HR functions including recruiting, onboarding, benefits, payroll support, and HR operations.
• Serve as a resource for employee questions regarding policies, benefits, leaves, accommodations, payroll, and HR programs.
• Coordinate hiring activities, candidate communication, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Maintain HR records, reporting, compliance activities, and HRIS data.
• Support leave administration and ADA accommodation processes in partnership with leadership.
