Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of progressive HR generalist experience.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
• Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to handle confidential information.
• SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP/PHR or similar certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations and serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries.
• Partner with managers on employee relations matters, performance management, coaching, and conflict resolution.
• Coordinate recruiting activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Administer new hire orientation and ensure a positive onboarding experience.
• Assist with benefits administration, open enrollment, and employee education regarding benefit programs.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data.
• Support performance review processes and talent development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Assist with policy development, implementation, and communication.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
• Generate HR reports and analyze workforce data to support decision-making.
• Participate in special projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgement.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or similar certification is a plus.
