Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR Generalist experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted HR partner, supporting employee relations, benefits, performance management, compliance, and HR operations.
• Advise managers and employees on workplace issues, policies, and performance-related matters.
• Manage benefits administration, leave programs, onboarding/offboarding, and recruiting support.
• Maintain HR records in ADP Workforce Now and assist with HR projects, audits, and process improvements.
