• 4+ years of progressive experience in HR operations or HR systems support.

• Adept in HR analytics and HRIS systems (Workday HCM preferred).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding.
• Serve as a key resource for employee inquiries, leave administration, benefits operations, immigration, and mobility programs, coordinating with stakeholders as needed.
• Maintain HR records, conduct audits, and oversee compliance-related documentation.
• Produce HR reports, data analyses, and operational updates for HR, Finance, Legal, IT, and leadership teams.
