Planit in Baltimore is seeking a Director of Human Resources to align people strategy with business goals and culture. You’ll be a visible leader, trusted advisor, and culture champion working with ownership, managers, and employees across Planit.

You’ll drive talent strategy, leadership development, performance, recruiting, compensation, benefits, and HR operations while ensuring an engaged, high-performing team in a fast-moving creative agency environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive Human Resources experience including leadership responsibility.
• Strong experience in employee relations, performance management, recruiting, compensation, benefits, and employment compliance.
• Experience coaching managers and advising senior leadership.
• Excellent communication, business judgment, and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead Planit’s people strategy in support of culture and growth.
• Advise and coach owners, SLT, managers, and employees.
• Lead employee relations, performance management, and manager development.
