Planit, an independent advertising agency in Baltimore, seeks an experienced HR leader to guide people strategy and cultivate culture. As Director of Human Resources, you’ll advise ownership and managers, shape talent practices, and ensure HR programs support a high-performing organization.

Planit’s Director of Human Resources is a visible leader, trusted advisor, culture champion, and advocate for both our people and the agency. As a member of our Senior Leadership Team, you’ll work closely with ownership, managers, and employees across Planit. You’ll help shape our people strategy, strengthen our managers, attract and retain great talent, and make sure our HR practices support a healthy, high-performing organization.

WHAT YOU'LL LEADPlanit is an office-first hybrid workplace. We work together in our Baltimore office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday and remotely Monday and Friday. For this leadership role, visibility, accessibility, and active participation in agency life are important.
