Planit, an independent advertising agency in Baltimore, seeks an experienced HR leader to guide people strategy and cultivate culture. As Director of Human Resources, you’ll advise ownership and managers, shape talent practices, and ensure HR programs support a high-performing organization.

You’ll oversee employee relations, performance management, recruitment, compensation, benefits, and development, while championing Planit’s values across the employee lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including HR leadership responsibility.
• Experience coaching managers and advising senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead Planit’s people strategy in support of culture, goals, and growth.
• Advise ownership, Senior Leadership, managers, and employees.
• Lead employee relations, performance management, manager development, and difficult workplace conversations.
• Oversee recruiting, workforce planning, onboarding, career development, and retention efforts.
• Champion Planit’s culture and values throughout the employee experience.
• Maintain HR policies, compliance, payroll, HR systems, and benefits administration.
• Lead and develop the HR Coordinator.
