Confidential, a growing mission-driven organization in the Greater Washington, DC area, is seeking an experienced Manager, Human Resources Business Partner to support leaders and employees across a multidisciplinary workforce. You will partner with leaders on employee relations, performance management, and talent development initiatives to drive talent strategy and an inclusive culture.

The role offers hybrid work (2-3 days in office) and a compensation range of $120,000–$135,000 USD plus a 10%

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is required.
• 5-7 years of progressively responsible HR experience.
• Experience supporting managers in employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.
• Strong HR generalist and employee relations experience.
• Ability to influence and partner with leaders at multiple levels.
• Experience with employee engagement and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
• Commitment to an inclusive, collaborative workplace culture.
• In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Ability to build strong relationships with leaders and employees.

Responsabilités

• Partner with leaders to implement talent initiatives aligned with goals.
• Support growth, restructuring, workforce optimization, and transformation.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on hiring and workforce planning.
• Define job descriptions, organizational structure, and talent requirements.
• Coach managers on employee relations, performance, and development.
• Guide performance review cycles and related talent processes.
• Drive engagement strategies and foster inclusive, high-performing culture.
• Ensure HR programs and policies are consistently implemented.
• Monitor HR metrics and collaborate with Legal and Compliance.
