AMS is seeking a proactive HR Coordinator for a temporary assignment from November 2026 through June 2027. The role supports HR operations, onboarding, employee records, Rippling administration, and employee engagement across the lifecycle.

The position emphasizes confidentiality, accuracy, and collaboration with the People & Culture team to ensure a smooth employee experience during a parental leave coverage period.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of HR or People Operations experience.
• Experience working with HRIS; Rippling experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear, professional communication and a service-oriented approach.
• Discretion handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Prepare onboarding materials and help ensure new hires have a positive first-day experience.
• Process and document employee lifecycle changes, including promotions, transfers, and organizational updates.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Respond to employee inquiries and direct complex questions to the People & Culture team.
