The ideal candidate will have strong data entry skills, experience with spreadsheets, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and consistency.
• Basic proficiency with Google Sheets or similar spreadsheet tools.

• Ability to follow established procedures when handling employee data.

Responsibilities

• Assist with data entry and updates related to employee information.
• Pull, organize, and compile data from existing systems and sources.
• Support data cleanup and review to identify missing or inconsistent information.
• Assist with spreadsheets, reports, and files during the HRIS transition.
• Maintain confidentiality when working with People Team information.
• Provide general administrative and project support during the transition.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
