Job summary

AMS is seeking an organized HR Coordinator for a temporary assignment in Pearl River, NY, from November 2026 through June 2027. The role supports HR operations, onboarding, employee records, Rippling administration, employee engagement, and other key processes across the lifecycle in a hybrid work setting.

You will coordinate onboarding and offboarding, maintain accurate records, support HRIS workflows, reporting, and audits, and help improve processes through automation.

Qualifications

• One to three years of HR or People Operations experience.
• Experience with HRIS; Rippling is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Clear, professional communication and service orientation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Prepare onboarding materials and ensure a positive first day.
• Process lifecycle changes including promotions and transfers.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Respond to employee inquiries and direct complex questions.
• Support Rippling administration and HR workflows.
• Assist with reporting, audits, and data validation.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes through automation.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
• Support recognition programs and internal communications.
• Handle confidential information and support compliance documentation.
• Support special People & Culture projects and knowledge transfer.
• Maintain process documentation for knowledge transfer.
