Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bachelor's degree and rising senior (May 2028–Dec 2028).
• Business majors preferred; other majors considered.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR activities across recruiting, onboarding, employee experience, HR operations, and administrative processes.
• Assist with short-term projects within the HR department.
• Look for ways to optimize current processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Gain exposure to the wealth management industry and corporate environment.
