Primoris T&D Services, LLC is hiring an HR Coordinator to support core HR functions across field and office teams in a fast-paced construction environment. The role provides day-to-day HR support, helps maintain compliance, and collaborates with supervisors and project teams.

The position is in-office at Denton, TX, with Fridays work-from-home; hybrid schedule Monday-Thursday onsite. Ideal candidates bring HR coordination experience, strong communication, and a drive to grow HR skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in an HR coordinator/HR operations role; construction or similar industry experience is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist new-hire vetting, onboarding, and compliance audits.
• Process personnel actions such as promotions, pay changes, job changes, and terminations.
• Assist with recruiting and hiring for skilled trades and administrative roles; partner with hiring managers.
• Maintain compliance with employment laws and construction-specific requirements; training records.
• Keep employee data accurate in HR systems (Workday).
• Prepare recurring HR reports, including monthly reports.
• Participate in disciplinary meetings and HR discussions.
• Support additional HR projects as needed.
