Hermanson Company in Dallas, TX seeks an HR Coordinator to support onboarding, HR systems, and employee relations on a large construction site. You will partner with field leaders to keep processes compliant and efficient.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in HR or related field, 2+ years HR or admin experience, and SHRM-CP/HRCI is a plus. The role offers competitive pay, strong benefits, and opportunities to grow with a national contractor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience.
• At least two years related HR or Admin experience required.
• SHRM-CP or HRCI credential is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Performs clerical & customer service functions for the HR department & project site leadership.
• Assists HR Generalists with new hire onboarding, including processing new hire paperwork & I-9s.
• Processes new hire background checks & drug screens.
• Creating & maintaining employee files.
• Maintains & updates EEO data spreadsheets.
• Performs verifications of employment.
• Process terminations & conducts exit interviews.
• Assists with scheduling interviews & drafting offer letters, as needed.
