Job summary

Integra in the DFW area is seeking an HR Coordinator to support day-to-day HR operations in a fast-paced engineering, consulting, construction and/or manufacturing environment. A bachelor's degree and 2+ years of HR experience are required, with a focus on HR systems, employee data management, and administrative processes.

The role covers opening and managing requisitions, updating HRIS records, timesheet and payroll support, onboarding/offboarding, and ensuring policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of HR experience in professional/industrial settings.
• Experience with HRIS systems and employee data management.
• Knowledge of labor laws and payroll processes.

Responsibilities

• Support recruiting: postings, screening, scheduling, onboarding paperwork.
• Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding for new employees.
• Maintain accurate employee records, timekeeping data, and personnel files.
• Assist HR Business Partners on employee relations matters.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and union agreements (if applicable).
• Track certifications, safety training, and other required documentation.
• Support HR initiatives such as employee engagement events and wellness programs.
• Assist with administering benefits, attendance tracking, and leave documentation (FMLA, disability, etc.).
• Answer general HR questions and guide employees on procedures.
