ADP is seeking a Human Resources Consultant to serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, leveraging HR expertise and ADP solutions to solve business challenges. The role emphasizes relationship-building, clear communication, and delivering value with integrity.

You'll work in a hybrid setup (3 days in the Tempe, AZ office and 2 days remote), bringing 3–5 years of consulting or equivalent experience in HR and customer service to provide best practices, training, and proactive support.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional consulting experience or equivalent in a systems-related organization.
• 3-5 years of experience in a customer service or human resources environment with proven results.
• A college degree is great but not required; alternative experiences accepted (e.g., military).

Responsibilities

• Serve as HR expert to ADP's largest clients and support complex products/technologies.
• Solve client problems with proactive information, best practices, and training on ADP solutions.
• Communicate with clients to exceed expectations, set priorities, and provide prompt follow-up.
• Share knowledge and mentor less experienced consultants and specialists at ADP.
