ADP in El Paso, TX is seeking a Human Resources Consultant. You’ll be a trusted advisor to our clients, using your HR experience, ADP product knowledge, and consulting skills to solve their most critical business challenges.

You’ll build relationships, communicate clearly by phone and in writing, and help clients achieve high satisfaction. This hybrid role requires 3 days in the office and 2 days remote, with strong training and growth in a collaborative, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional consulting experience or equivalent in a systems‑related organization.
• 3–5 years in a customer service or human resources environment with proven positive results.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an HR expert to ADP’s largest clients and support ADP’s most complex products/technologies.
• Solve client problems, provide information, best practices, and training on ADP solutions.
• Communicate with clients to exceed expectations; set priorities, organize, multitask, and follow up.
• Provide recommendations and educate colleagues at ADP.
