Job summary

The role involves managing recruitments, reviewing PDs, and delivering HR training while maintaining confidential employee records and aligning with state and federal rules. Hybrid work with Washington residency required.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to use MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint for daily HR tasks.
• Experience applying HR policies, regulations, and governing rules to personnel actions.
• Ability to collaborate with leaders and staff to resolve complex HR issues.
• Familiarity with recruitment processes, job postings, and candidate screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional HR consultation to leaders and staff on classification, compensation, recruitment, and development.
• Plan and conduct recruitments in the state recruitment system and coordinate with HRBPs and hiring managers.
• Review and maintain employee records; ensure fair and competitive selection processes.
