Job summary

Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner I-II based at the Avon, IN site.

The role partners with client groups to implement HR programs, drive engagement and performance, and lead organizational development initiatives within a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include investigations, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and providing strategic guidance to leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or in a Business related field; Or 7+ years’ experience and related associates degree
• 0-2 years of Human Resources generalist experience required.
• Manufacturing / Warehouse experience preferred.
• Master’s in HR/Industrial & Labor Relations preferred; Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic business partner to assigned client groups.
• Implement HR programs aligned with organizational objectives.
• Support investigations and present findings to Legal.
• Partner with leadership to drive engagement and performance.
• Lead HR initiatives including organizational development.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws.
• Support continuous improvement efforts.
