Job summary

RideNow Powersports in Chandler, AZ is seeking an HR Business Partner to align HR strategy with store operations across multiple states. The role serves as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, covering employee relations, talent management, performance, workforce planning and compliance with applicable laws.

This exempt, hybrid position reports to the VP of HR and requires 5-7 years HR experience, strong data-driven mindset, and ability to work across various sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR.
• 5-7 years of progressive HR generalist or HRBP experience across multiple sites and states.
• Knowledge of federal and multi-state employment laws and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Strategically partner with site leaders to translate objectives into HR initiatives and use data to forecast trends and risks.
• Manage employee relations including investigations, coaching, and performance improvements with confidentiality.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment laws across multiple states.
• Support talent management, onboarding, performance cycles, and leadership development.
• Assist benefits administration and maintain accurate HR data and reporting.
