Job summary

The Keller Group is partnering with a fast-growing, multi-state organization seeking an HR Business Partner to support a large employee population across frontline, operational, and corporate teams.

You'll work directly with managers, manage employee relations, coach leaders, support compliance, and help build a strong HR foundation in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Hybrid schedule available.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Hands-on employee relations experience.
• Exposure to multi-state HR support and employment compliance.
• Experience coaching managers through employee and performance issues.
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to have difficult conversations.
• Good judgment and the ability to navigate situations without a clear-cut answer.
• A naturally curious, resourceful approach to HR.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders across multiple states on day-to-day HR needs and people challenges.
• Own a variety of employee relations matters, including investigations, performance concerns, corrective action, and other sensitive workplace situations.
• Coach managers through difficult conversations and help them become stronger people leaders.
• Support HR compliance and help ensure consistent practices across different locations and employee populations.
• Build relationships with both frontline employees and leadership while establishing trust and credibility.
• Jump into HR projects and initiatives as the business evolves.
• Work alongside a collaborative HR team with plenty of opportunity to learn and take on more.
• Have visibility into a growing organization where things move quickly and no two days are exactly alike.
