Job summary

Collective is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our People team and help us scale with the same care we bring to our members. In this role, you'll partner closely with senior leaders to shape how we organize, perform, and grow, combining strategic org design with hands-on coaching to help managers and teams do their best work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

You'll lead core People programs, including performance management, manager effectiveness, and compensation

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR Business Partner experience supporting technical or fast-moving organizations.
• Proven track record advising senior leaders across multiple functions.
• Strong org design, workforce planning, and change management skills.
• Experience owning performance and compensation cycles, including calibration and manager enablement.
• Working knowledge of employment law fundamentals and navigating employee relations issues.
• Comfort working in an HRIS and turning people data into a clear story for leaders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to leaders and managers across client groups on organizational, leadership, and people matters.
• Support employees and managers throughout the employee lifecycle, partnering with Recruiting, Finance, Legal and other People team members as needed.
• Partner with leaders on org design, workforce planning, and talent development to support evolving business needs.
• Coach managers through performance, employee relations, and team dynamics, ensuring fair, high-performing culture.
