BRG is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders across distributed client groups. You will drive leadership development, performance management, and workforce planning while navigating complex, multi-state HR matters in a high-growth health tech environment.

You will lead employee relations investigations, analyze key HR metrics, and collaborate with Talent Acquisition to align headcount with business goals.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in a HR Business Partner or similar advisory capacity.
• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field (HR certification preferred).
• Strong executive presence to engage with all levels of leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as trusted advisor and coach to leaders at all levels, focusing on developing first-time and newly promoted managers.
• Own the ongoing rhythm of the business for client groups, leading performance management cycles and retention strategies.
• Lead employee relations matters and workplace investigations independently with sound judgment.
• Analyze HR metrics to identify root causes and recommend actions to leadership.
• Partner with recruiting to align headcount priorities and define talent profiles.
