Piper Companies is seeking an HR Business Partner to join a leading global financial services organization in Wayne, PA. This hybrid role supports HR Business Partners across multiple business units and drives employee relations initiatives and HR transformation efforts.

The ideal candidate has 2–4+ years of HR experience with a focus on employee relations, strong knowledge of employment law, and the ability to navigate a matrixed organization while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of HR experience with emphasis on employee relations.
• Hands-on experience with performance management, investigations, and terminations.
• Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
• Experience in a matrixed or global organization preferred.
• Experience in financial services is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Support multiple HR Business Partners across various business functions and initiatives.
• Handle employee relations cases including performance management, investigations, terminations, and workplace concerns.
• Partner with HR and leadership to develop retention strategies and employee engagement initiatives.
• Assist with HR transformation projects and contribute to continuous improvement across the HR function.
• Maintain accurate and confidential HR/ER documentation and case records.
• Provide guidance on employee relations matters while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.
• Support employee-related projects and administrative HR initiatives within a fast-paced environment.
