Job summary

Piper Companies is seeking an HR Business Partner to join a leading global financial services organization in Wayne, PA. This is a hybrid work environment.

The role supports HR Business Partners across multiple units and drives employee relations initiatives, HR transformation efforts, and a compliant workplace culture. The candidate will handle employee relations cases, partner with leadership on retention and engagement, and contribute to HR projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of HR experience, focusing on employee relations.
• Experience with performance management, investigations, and terminations.
• Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
• Experience in a matrixed or global organization preferred.
• Financial services experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage sensitive situations with professionalism and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Support multiple HR Business Partners across various business functions and initiatives.
• Handle employee relations cases, including performance management, investigations, terminations, and workplace concerns.
• Partner with HR and leadership to develop and implement retention strategies and employee engagement initiatives.
• Assist with HR transformation projects and contribute to continuous improvement efforts across the HR function.
• Maintain accurate and confidential HR/ER documentation and case records.
• Provide guidance on employee relations matters while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.
• Support employee-related projects and administrative HR initiatives within a fast-paced environment.
