Enthuse, a member of Optura’s People & Culture team in Norwalk, CT, seeks an HR Associate to manage HR procedures and administrative needs across the employee lifecycle. This hybrid role requires two days per week in the Norwalk office and a strong attention to detail.

You will support onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination, benefits, and compliance while leveraging AI tools to improve workflow and productivity. This position offers growth within a dynamic agency environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in HR or related field.
• 2+ years of HR experience in a lean corporate environment.
• Experience with HRIS technology, ideally ADP WorkForce Now.

Responsabilités

• Assist HR programs and procedures for all employees.
• Provide administrative support for People & Culture across systems and processes.
• Enter, manage, and audit sensitive employee information.
• Initiate HRIS changes for personnel events and salary actions.
• Maintain HRIS data accuracy through self-audits and reports.
• Assist recruitment vendors and coordinate HR meetings and events.
• Support onboarding, changes, and offboarding, ensuring legal compliance.
